Burger King in Celle

We weren't actually there, but I still give it 5 stars

Unfortunately, the BK was "surprised" by the corona situation, which had now lasted 9 months, and only had 3 or 4 large burgers to choose from on Friday at 7 pm. Small burgers were no longer available! Very poor performance! The otherwise typical 35-45 minute waiting time was omitted and I got my hot menu after 15 minutes - but everything was ok in terms of taste!

The waiting time was underground today. The driver in front of us had complained that not everything was complete. After we drove to parking we also noticed that something was missing. After a while the missing King Nuggets were handed out. What a shame about the rest of the food, which had become cold by now. Thanks for nothing. We won't be back.

I like to go to BK, but definitely not here anymore. Disgusting smell coming through the window from the DriveIn counter, unfriendly employees and the customer is deliberately ripped off. Mercilessly Bad!

The fries are worlds better than comparable fast food chains.

Mh, the organization is somehow not right ... Waiting times too long for a fast food restaurant ..... But they are all nice!

It doesn't get any slower !!! A disaster! 2 customers in front of me and I was in line for a good half hour. Didn't wait any longer.

Very unfriendly employees because they seriously wanted me to call my contact data via the Tressen so that the 5 customers behind me addressed me and my buddy by name. That would have to be changed by simply giving out contact forms like elsewhere and having to relocate when ordering but shouting through the shop that doesn't work at all. You can write your data on the t-shirt right away

When I go to Hanover, I stop here every now and then. In our family, this BK is famous as the slowest in Germany :) Nevertheless, you are always served very friendly here. It's not overrun.

Despite the Corona situation, we wouldn't have to wait long and everything went smoothly. Disinfectant was also there and the employee who served us wore a mask. Food was great except that we were given 1 wrong burger. Therefore one star less.

Impossible. Waited in line for 15 min and walked away frustrated. Staff completely overwhelmed, tried a quarter of an hour to put together an order. And then the waiting people constantly sniffing to increase the (sufficient) distances. Rarely seen something like this

The dirtiest Burger King ever. Were there twice on Saturdays on the way in and out of vacation. But only because of car breakdown. No matter where you stand, you're stuck. I don't go to the toilet. There are hardly any words for this: - ((( Only the nice foreign employee can be positively mentioned. Friendly, polite and on the ball!

This is probably the worst Burger King on the planet. I only went in to buy one burger and waited 25 minutes. The staff was rude and the place even looked like it has not been cleaned since Covid 19 started in March. There was a young man walking up an down with full trays and without a mask. The burger was old and I will most certainly never go back to this establishment.

Poorly prepared and each time you can only order part of the dishes. Long waiting times and unfriendly staff. Been there 3 times and now it's enough for me! Never again!

Basically I have hardly had any negative experiences here, or at least no serious ones. I always order with special requests and coupon matters are always carried out. I think waiting times has become a big issue in every fast food store these days, regardless of whether B or M (the latter has become catastrophic in Celle since the changeover), in my opinion it is due to the employees who apparently are not trained well enough for the job. Which would ultimately explain all the other negative reviews here and as far as missing or bottle products are concerned, it says in the drive in at least on the window that the order is "to be checked immediately after receipt". The catastrophe. The staff is getting worse and the waiting time is getting longer. No trace of organization. There's no longer any question of fast food. In terms of price, too, they are now more at restaurant level. Only that you get different quality for your money.

Burger King. The meat tastes better than the competition, the waiting time is okay. In contrast to the competition for a long time with vouchers, in my opinion the quality / selection / quantity has decreased. I like it less in the store than in the second viewpoint in Celle.

Never again, because the health department would have to carry out unannounced checks, tables, toilets and clogged up to no longer works, just disgusting dirty, that food was cold even though it was fresh made it must say that it took a very long time. The staff was present there was simply impossible, we have seen how the boss has given instructions and the staff have ignored so what is not how disrespectful with the boss / foreman (as that is called) bypasses I earn also like to pay my wages for nothing impossible to ignore we can not go there anymore.
